Believe it or not, I didn't modify any existing sprites for this one. I did, however, painstakingly recreate the art style of the games, pixel by pixel - all so that you could think I was being lazy.

I was originally going to use this framing for #26, but decided against it. There's a few conceptual similarities between the two, also. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm a hack!

In honor of the upcoming U.S. election, the next few Marios will be politically charged. For instance, today's installment explicates some critical flaws in the Mushroom Kingdom's current administration. The cartoonist believes these deficiencies are self-evident, but not so much so that they do not benefit from wanton labeling and distortion.
